Know Your Rights

As education employees, you and your colleagues have legal responsibilities as mandatory reporters. You also have rights under the Missouri and U.S. constitutions.

Through webinars, flyers, and quarterly articles, MNEA educates members to make sure they know their rights and to dispel the assumptions that many think are rights. Missouri NEA helps you stay informed of changing laws and policies that may affect you and your job.
