MNEA Capitol Action Day (GD 7, 10, & Students)

One of the most important things an educator can do is share your experiences with the elected officials who make laws that govern schools in Missouri.

Capitol Action Days are part of Missouri NEA’s comprehensive Government Relations plan to promote positive policy for public education. MNEA's Capitol Action Days are Wednesdays of the legislative session (February through May).

Join fellow MNEA members to advocate for great public schools that surround students with caring, qualified educators. Plan now to visit Jefferson City to attend Capitol Action Days. Talk to other members about attending, too. If you cannot participate on the designated days for your governance district, please contact Olivia Compton (olivia.compton@mnea.org) to arrange to attend a different Capitol Action Day.

If you have any questions, please contact MNEA Political Director Elizabeth Zerr by email at elizabeth.zerr@mnea.org or by phone at (573) 644-9610.
