National School Nurse Day, May 6, 2009

On Wednesday, May 6, we show respect and admiration to school nurses. Throughout the year school nurses comfort children who are weeping, care for children who are in pain and screen for medical issues others have may not have noticed.

To help celebrate, display a School Nurse Day poster (shown left) in the classrooms and halls of your school.
